Rose Garden is an independent religious association which strives for world peace and unison all over the world originally.
In secret, behind that mask, Rose Garden is the strongest independent military organisation in the world. They pick up orphans all over the world and train them to be human military weapons.
Rose Garden acts on behalf of their own interests, rarely accepting mercenary gigs from official countries because they don't want to interfere with world events too drastically.
Modern day peace is controlled by Rose Garden due to their immense military power. The whole existence of Rose Garden's military department is kept top secret, The majority of high-ranking presidents and chancellors from all different countries don't know about their identity.
Rose Garden has two acting chief priests on each continent of the world, supervising two main headquarters on each continent. They are acting as religious priests, but in secret give out the military missions for each agent in Rose Garden. They supervise the management of the orphans, their training and the career of each agent.
