They didn't go to sales either, because TG MedSystems still didn't have a sales team in the way other companies did. The messages went to service channels, tagged under operational categories, routed through Hana's intake filters, and then pushed to the people who could act.

The first one arrived from a hospital that had been live for twelve days.

No letterhead. No praise. Just a ticket.
