(Katerina's POV)
After ending the call, Dragon turned back to the three of them, Kol, Cliff and Joel, who had their heads already placed on an executioner's block for beheading. He grabbed the sharp looking axe by the corner and waited for Alpha Damien's order to carry out the execution immediately.
Just a word from Damien and I will be forced to watch the head of my mate and my friends, chopped off one by one. Just a quick silent death. No yelling, no struggling. With just a swing of the razor-sharp axe, Dragon would sever their heads before my very eyes. Even though I couldn't bear to watch the horrible scene, the sound of the axe chopping off their heads would be enough to make me have a heart attack.
Somehow, I felt Damien had a plan. There must be a reason why he wanted this to happen in my presence. I cast a glance at him and saw that he had a mischievous smile on his face, as he caught my worried stare.
