BOOM.
The wall to Kane's luxury suite exploded.
"Why do these women always break things first?!" he shouted, rolling off the bed mid-sprint as flames licked across the ceiling.
"Male identified!" a guttural voice barked. "Target priority!"
Kane scrambled behind the massive, gold-plated vanity and peeked over it.
Through the smoke stepped Mira of the Wild Fang—red-haired, tiger-striped, barely dressed, and radiating primal energy. She was flanked by two other beast-girls—equally feral, equally terrifying, and definitely not wearing enough for a battle raid.
Her feline eyes glowed in the dim light.
"I can smell him," Mira purred, her sharp fangs gleaming. "He's close."
Kane slapped his palm over his mouth. "No you can't," he whispered. "No you can't…"
Zara burst into the room with her blade drawn, hair flying wildly.
"Feral scum!" she shouted.
The beast-girls hissed. One lunged at her. The clash was instant and brutal—talon against steel, muscle against precision. But Mira didn't flinch. She sidestepped the chaos and made a beeline for Kane.
"Oh crap—no, no, no—!"
He turned to run.
Too late.
She pounced like a jungle cat and tackled him through the window.
🌲 Somewhere in the Wilds
Kane groaned, eyes fluttering open.
He was tied—literally tied—to a tree with vines. Soft ones, but strong enough to hold. His shirt was missing. So were his shoes.
And Mira was crouched in front of him, smirking.
"You smell better than I imagined," she said, nose twitching as she leaned in. "Pheromones. Strong. Potent."
He shrank back. "You kidnapped me!"
She shrugged, claws idly tracing the bark beside his head. "Possession is the first step to mating."
"That's not how diplomacy works!"
"We don't do diplomacy in the Beastlands."
Another beast-girl approached from behind, holding a bowl of glowing green liquid. "The Ritual's ready, Alpha."
Kane blinked. "Ritual?"
Mira grinned wide. "The Bonding Rite."
WARNING: Foreign Soul-Bond Ritual Detected
Consent override pending…
Kane shouted, "You can't override consent!"
"Depends on the culture," Mira purred. "Ours believes in instinct."
"Instinct sucks!"
🐾 Mira's Intentions
She knelt in front of him, cupping the back of his head gently.
"I'm not here to hurt you, Kane. I'm here to protect you… differently. Our way."
"Tying me to a tree is protection?"
"You don't understand," she said. "The world's going to tear you apart. Sky Vault wants to clone you. Holy Union wants to worship you until you suffocate. Zara? She wants to own you."
"And you?"
"I want you to be free. With me. In the wild. No walls. No rules. Just instinct."
He looked at her. At her eyes. They weren't just predatory. There was something else—something painfully honest.
But still. "You couldn't have… asked?"
She smirked. "You would've said no."
Fair.
⚔️ Rescue… Kind Of
Suddenly, vines snapped behind them.
Zara stormed into the clearing, her armor glowing red, eyes blazing.
"Mira!"
Mira stood slowly, brushing herself off. "Crimson Queen. So polite of you to join us."
"You kidnapped my Bonded."
"He's unclaimed. He hasn't accepted you."
Zara's jaw clenched. "You're crossing a line."
"I'm drawing one."
The two women circled each other. Claws extended. Sword raised.
Kane, still tied to the tree, called out, "Maybe we don't fight?! Just an idea! Maybe we all talk—?"
Too late.
The second clash was worse than the first.
Zara's blade sparked off Mira's claws. Mira moved like water—twisting, dodging, slashing with beastlike grace. Zara countered with military precision, every blow meant to end the fight.
It was feral chaos versus refined fury.
And in the middle… Kane was still tied to a damn tree.
"Can someone untie me first?!" he shouted.
🌑 A New Bond
As the fight raged, Kane's system flashed again.
[Bonding Candidate: Mira]

Initiate Bond to equalize power?
He hesitated.
Two girls.
Two powerful women.
Two completely different philosophies.
But only one way to stop them from killing each other.
He sighed. "Fine. Let's see what this does."
Bond Initiated: Mira of the Wild Fang
Suddenly, Mira arched her back mid-fight, her body glowing with golden light.
Zara froze. "What did you do?!"
Mira growled—sensually. "He chose me."
Their eyes locked across the field. Kane's eyes went wide.
"…Oh no."
🐺 The Bonded Beast
Mira turned toward him, her breathing heavy, her body radiating heat.
She walked up slowly and sliced the vines with one sharp claw.
Kane stumbled forward into her arms.
Zara watched, silent, trembling with rage—or maybe hurt.
Mira whispered, "Now you belong to both of us."
Zara's voice was ice. "This isn't over."
Then, in a blur of red light, she vanished.
Mira turned to Kane and smiled. "That could've gone worse."
He gave her a look. "Really?"
She grabbed his hand, gently this time.
"Let me show you what freedom looks like."
🛖 Beastland Camp – That Night
The camp was tucked deep in the trees—lit by glowing stones, filled with laughing, scantily-clad beast-girls who stared at Kane like he was the main course.
He got a private tent. Mira insisted. Guards outside, though she called them "honor sisters."
Inside the tent, Mira brought him food—roasted meat, sweet roots, and a strange glowing drink.
Kane hesitated.
"It won't poison you," she said. "Probably."
He sipped it. It burned his throat, then his cheeks.
Mira sat across from him, playing with her hair. "You're not like I imagined."
"Neither are you," he admitted.
She leaned forward.
"Do you regret it? Choosing me?"
He looked at her.
At the wild eyes, the untamed smile, the earnest tension beneath the predator.
"…No," he said softly.
She crawled a little closer. Her lips brushed his cheek.
"Good. Because I don't share easy."
