Chapter 15 - Whispers of the Tide

The moonlight shimmered over the temple lake as Avantika sat on the edge, her toes skimming the cool, glowing water. The silence was comforting… until the ripples began to dance — not from her feet, but in response to a melody only she could hear.

A song… soft, haunting, and strangely familiar.

She leaned closer, her eyes narrowing. The water began to glow brighter, swirling around her in delicate waves, forming ancient symbols she couldn't understand. Suddenly, a female figure made of water rose in front of her — not threatening, but ethereal.

Avantika gasped.

"Who… who are you?"

The figure spoke without words, her voice echoing in Avantika's mind.

"The Song of the Tides flows through you. You are not just a wielder… you are a Keeper. And the ocean remembers."

The vision vanished, but something was left behind — a conch shell, pulsing with soft light.

Avantika picked it up. As soon as she touched it, memories rushed into her mind — of a storm, a boat, her mother crying, her own infant wail… and a fire far away.

Meanwhile, Devsena stood in front of the flame chamber, the heat around her no longer uncomfortable — it welcomed her. Her hand instinctively touched the fiery emblem on her wrist.

She opened the ancient scroll she'd found earlier.

The words within revealed an ancient prophecy:

"When fire meets tide, and twin souls collide,

The balance of Tatva shall be decided."

Her heart pounded. Fire and tide… twins?

She turned to leave — but the flames leapt up, forming the shape of a phoenix. Its burning eyes looked at her.

"The storm is rising, daughter of flame. Are you ready to burn for the truth?"

Back in the Palace Library, Arjuna unearthed a hidden map behind Vrinda's diary. It showed a secret island, unreachable by normal means — labeled only as:

"Dvandva Sthal – Where Truth Splits and Fates Merge."

He stared at it.

"This… this is where it all began."

He knew what he had to do — gather the sisters, before it was too late.

🌊🔥

The tides are whispering. The flames are watching.

And the truth… is finally rising.
