"I'm going to sleep now."
He held her and closed his eyes.
Why does he have to report to her before sleeping? Daisy Ginger couldn't help but want to laugh. She pushed him, trying to get out of his embrace, but he tightened his hold on her.
"Edward Stephens, I haven't taken a shower yet."
The man, eyes closed, said, "No need to shower, I like you just the way you are."
"..." Don't make it sound like she's some kind of original-flavor stockings, okay?
"But I'm not sleepy yet."
"That won't do either." He tightened his grip even more dominantly, his warm breath brushing her face, showing no intention of letting her go.
Daisy Ginger had no choice but to sigh lightly, letting the man hold her as she stared at the ceiling.
It's not her sleeping time yet, she didn't feel drowsy at all, while Edward quickly fell asleep again holding her.
His instant sleep was really like a child.
Daisy Ginger couldn't help herself, turning her head to secretly glance at him a few times.
