Seeing Zhou Mingchen walk in, Xia Lu suddenly forgot about the barbeque in her mind.
"I heard from Aunt Zhang that you haven't eaten anything all day?"
Xia Lu pursed her lips, "It's not that I didn't eat; it's that everything I ate came back up. If I don't want to keep wasting food, I have no choice but to not eat anything at all..." she said aggrievedly.
Zhou Mingchen sat down by the bed, "So, what do you want to eat now?"
Xia Lu thought for a moment, "Barbeque. But I know there's no way I can eat something so greasy right now. Even porridge makes me nauseous, how could I possibly eat barbeque? I can only think about it."
"Well, that's not necessarily true."
Zhou Mingchen thought for a bit, "How about we go to the yard and barbeque? After all, we have everything we need."
