In this world are powers called Celestias and restrictions called Rules. Given from birth along with rules, neither can controlled. How Celestias and Rules came to be are unknown.
Legends say the planet suddenly started giving off a glow, that could be seen by all. The glow subsided after 3 days but offspring of various species stated to develop abilities, eventually plants also began to have these abilities and gain sentience and then those abilities became common in all things on the planet and were called Celestias.
Rules are limitations set onto a person,but can also be overcomed by trials in one's life, when overcomed they released a portion of the user's power and when all are broken the Celestias can be trained to max power and potential. Rules come from 1-4.
Currencies are suns,stars,comets and lunars.
