It's uncertain when exactly it started, but most people began to only believe in what they could see.
Some are lost in the present, unwilling to look up and see afar, while others are already exhausted by what's before them.
If the rules are correct, then they should only serve to aid people, shouldn't they?
Why should rules exist stubbornly if they offer no help in progressing people forward?
When the rules consume most people's energy, their downfall becomes inevitable.
When those who manipulate the rules to toy with people become complacent, they don't realize they're merely puppets of the rules and will eventually fall prey to them.
This is the cycle of rebirth in the Six Realms!
If greed, anger, and ignorance are heavy, one will be bound under the rules; if they are lighter, one might rise above.
But regardless of above or below, everyone is just a pawn to the rules. Only by breaking free and recreating rules can humanity truly progress.
