Bertha Haines pulled a cushion over and hugged it, her face blushing again because of Maya Mu's words.
Suddenly remembering something, she asked Maya and the others, "What did you want me to confess earlier?"
April and Maya both nodded in a certain direction.
Bertha followed their gaze and saw a big box.
Maya: "Someone sent you flowers."
April: "I thought you had a new admirer."
Maya: "Looks like it must be my uncle who sent them. Didn't expect him to be quite romantic."
Bertha put down the cushion, got up, and walked over.
The flower box was quite large, filled with roses inside, and on top was a card that read: What others' little girls have, my little girl must have too.
A smile slowly spread across Bertha's eyes.
Maya glanced at it and laughed: "My uncle is really cheesy."
