"Who the fuck are you?" asked Kido to the man with the red wings.
"Huh....you don't know me?" said the man, with astonished tone.
"I'm Hawk, as in Hawk the pro-hero who is 3rd on the hero ranking"

"Ohhhh your him" responded Kido as he realised who this man was after going through previous Kido's memories. As he continued to walk to office.
".....what are you doing get out of my way" said Kido threateningly after a long pause as he look at Hawk.
"And why would I do that?" asked Hawk with an equally threatening tone, as he stared at Kido.
Kido took out his sword, and slashed down at Hawk, with a tremendous amount of power. However, it was not enough as Hawk countered with a block, with a sword made up of his feathers, creating a massive explosion of air.
*BOOM* *SWOOSH*
"Your pretty damn strong" complimented Hawk, as he jumped back, to gain some distance from Kido.
"Why thank you" replied Kido, with a happy voice to Hawks compliment. Before using [Sludge Augmentation] to increase the power in his legs to pushing of the ground, and shooting towards Hawk. The power causing the ground beneath Kido's to break.
*BOOM*
Suddenly red feathers shoot towards Kido, as he ran at Hawk, making kido stop his charge to block the incoming barrage of the red feathers.
Hawk using the remainder of his feathers, and flew towards Kido at a supersonic speed, breaking the sound barrier.
*SWOOSH*
*BOOM*
Hawk outstretched his hand, in a fist as it connected with the right side of Kido's body. Smashing and imprinting Kido against the reinforced wall. Kido spitting blood out of his mouth, as he was embraced by the wall.
"Listen..I'm not here for you but if you want to die, keep going" said Kido, in a hoarse voice as he removed himself from the wall.
"The Public Safety Commission is what gave me and my mother a home, when I didn't have one, so no I won't stop" said Hawk, as he summarised his life to Kido.
"Your disgusting, cheesy, clique life story justs wants me to destroy the whole of the PSC even more" replied Kido with disgust to Hawk's justification of stopping him.
"Well, we'll see about that" said Hawk with an arrogant tone.
Kido ran towards Hawks, with anger visible on his face, using [Sludge Augmentation] at max power again to increase the power in his body.
As he rammed his fist into Hawk, before throwing him against the reinforced wall, knocking Hawk out cold.

"UGHH" groaned Hawk as he woke up from his forced sleep.
"WAKE THE FUCK UP" shouted Kido right into hawk's ear, before giving a good slap to his face.
"wha....where am I?" asked Hawk, in a dazed state, as he tried to make sense of his surroundings.
"Here, is where we're going to have some fun" replied Kido with a wicked intentions, before removing a curtain.
There laid, a chained up Ohta Rin, the President of the PSC. As the curtains rose, Ohta started to shouted but only muffled sounds could he heard, since Kido had taped up her mouth.
"MHUM!" muffled Ohta as she tried to struggled at the chains on her hands and feet as she saw, Hawk opposite her. Ignoring the pain, her skin peeling off as it rubbed against the metal chains.
She was trying to grasp at her only salvation from Kido, Hawk her own personal assassin, and link into Hero society. Tears falling down her face, as she looked towards Hawk for help.
"Oh no, don't do that you'll ruin all your pretty skin" said Kido motherly, as he tried to put her peeling skin back onto her wrists. The pain from Kido touching her open wounds, brought Ohta back from her cry for help with a high-pitch bloodcurdling scream.
"AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
"AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HELP ME, HELP ME PLEASE AHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
"help me...Kei..go.." scream Ohta as she passed out from the pain.
Hawk stood frozen still as he watched it all unfold, as the president scream for help as Kido played around with her open wounds.
Before coming out of his frozen state, as Ohta said his name, as she passed out.
